Valentine’s Day! Whip up a romantic and delicious meal to impress your special someone? Here’s a simple yet impressive meal idea:

Main Course:

Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce: Season some salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a bit of olive oil. Grill them until they’re cooked through but still moist. Do not overcook. For the sauce, mix together some Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Serve the grilled salmon with a drizzle of the lemon-dill sauce on top.

Side Dish:

Roasted Asparagus: Toss asparagus spears with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Gill or roast them in the oven until they’re tender and slightly crispy on the edges.   • Chocolate-Covered Strawberries: Melt some dark chocolate in a bowl. Dip fresh strawberries into the melted chocolate, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let them chill in the fridge until the chocolate sets.

Sparkling Wine or Champagne: Pop open a bottle of your favorite sparkling wine or champagne to add a touch of elegance to your Valentine’s Day meal.
